Video Round-Up For February 21, 2006.

Both Rent and North Country were released today. Right now, the AIDS jokes are fighting with the "if she didn't want it, she wouldn't have passed out so quickly when I hit her" quips in my brain, so I've got nothing to say. Watch them both and come up with your own tasteless punchline.

Also released today (actually yesterday) was Class of 1984. It's in my hands right now and just the feel of it against me skin is amazing.

So was Vice Squad supposedly but I havn't been able to find it yet. Not as amazing as Class of 1984 but still good.

Holy moley, I was thinking about this movie just the other day - I saw Class of 1984 shortly after I'd been incarcerated... erm, enrolled in an uptight Catholic school for girls. Predictably, the movie made quite an impression and was largely responsible for the highly detailed fantasy that got me through the remainder of my high school years - you know, the one where I inflict liberal amounts of pain and sleaze at gunpoint on teachers, students, and anyone careless enough to come within 5 feet of the school yard.

I'm ok, now. Really.

You're both wrong. Vice Squad is way better.
